Personal Data We Process

Identification data (e.g., full name), contact data (e.g., mobile number), profile inputs (e.g., date of birth, gender), usage data (e.g., app activity), and transaction data (e.g., credits purchased). Device data and diagnostics (e.g., crash logs, device identifiers) for app performance, subject to platform permissions.

Purposes & Legal Bases

To provide and maintain the App; generate numerology reports; manage credits and purchases; communicate important updates.

Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR): performance of contract; legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, proportional analytics); consent (marketing notifications, optional analytics where required); and legal obligation (tax/records). You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting prior lawful processing.

Religious & Cultural Sensitivity

Outputs involving numbers with specific religious or cultural significance are generated without judgment; we apply algorithmic compatibility only. Users may override results according to beliefs. Users must not use outputs to disparage or discriminate against any religion or community.

International Transfers

We may process data in India and other countries. Where required, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with payment processors (Apple, Google, Razorpay, Stripe), analytics (Firebase/GA), cloud hosting, support tools, and as required by law. We require service providers to use appropriate security and sign data protection terms (including SCCs where applicable).

User Rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection as applicable under local law. EU/UK residents: right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; US residents: state-specific rights including opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” and targeted advertising (where applicable).

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. If local law sets a higher age (e.g., 16 in parts of EU), parental consent is required.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls). No method is 100% secure. We maintain incident response procedures and will notify users and/or authorities of breaches where legally required.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law. Upon verified deletion request, we will delete or de-identify data unless retention is required by law (e.g., tax, fraud prevention).

Marketing & Cookies/SDKs

Marketing messages are sent with your consent where required, and you can opt out anytime via in-app settings or unsubscribe links. The App/website may use cookies or SDKs for core functionality, analytics, and marketing (where permitted); consent banners will be presented where required.
